This morning, Opera Mediaworks had the incredible opportunity to have a presence at IAB Mobile Engage in London. The event offered insights into how marketers can leverage mobile in 2014 and featured five of the top-rated speakers from years past to see where they’ve been and what the future holds.
Mark Slade, managing director, gave a confident speech on the evolution of the mobile display landscape, describing the “rich ecosystems” that now exist within advertising. He discussed how improvements to devices, screen resolution and processing power has allowed “creative to blossom” and how rich media is making mobile more accessible to brand advertisers. He also discussed apps and their power in gaining impressions and how data and targeting are the key for the future.
Other panel contributors discussed mobility and how technology is facilitating the human desire to be mobile. The entire event was exciting, informative, and engaging, and we couldn’t be prouder to have been a part of it.
