Last week was a busy one for us at Opera Mediaworks, and we were excited to have a presence all over the globe. From our time in New York for the Appnation event May 20th and 21st, to our presence in Singapore for the Mobile Marketing Association May 22nd -Opera Mediaworks has been on the move.
Appnation featured a roundtable of digital media, agency and marketing executives exploring how to optimize mobile monetization and consumer engagement by balancing high touch, custom content and direct sales programs with the efficiencies of automated buying through the exchanges. Our very own Mark Fruehan, President, Global Publisher Services, served on the “Optimizing App & Mobile Web Monetization: From Programmatic To Native” panel alongside executives from the Online Publishers Association, Time Inc., and Mobility Practice. It was an exciting and informative session that we were honored to be a part of.
The Mobile Marketing Association in Singapore focused on how mobile provides pure synchronicity by engaging consumers at every step of the path to purchase. Our time at MMA ended on a fun note with our unique “O” ice sculpture during cocktail hour. It was a week of innovation and forward movement. Hopefully we got to see you there!
